The communication has also been amazing. My emails were answered quickly, phone calls were returned quickly, and every interaction has been friendly, helpful, and just genuinely pleasant. You can tell they actually care about their customers and aren’t just trying to get you off the phone.

"Very disappointing experience with this agency. I called to make a change to my policy, including increasing my coverage, and was told that doing so would constitute insurance fraud. I was not given a clear explanation or any meaningful assistance with my request.

The call was disconnected twice, and when I called back, my calls were no longer being answered. Ultimately, I had to contact the corporate 800 number to get assistance.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency. The customer service and willingness to assist were extremely disappointing."
